# Tax Agent Disclosure Statement

### Introduction

As a registered tax agent, we are committed to meeting the requirements set out under the **Tax Agent Services Act (TASA)** and the **Code of Professional Conduct** administered by the **Tax Practitioners Board (TPB)**.

### Registration Details

You can confirm our registration and that of our individual tax agents via the **Tax Practitioners Board Register** – [https://www.tpb.gov.au/public-register](https://www.tpb.gov.au/public-register). This register includes current registration status and any conditions that may apply.

### Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please refer to your **engagement letter** and our **Standard Terms and Conditions**, which outline our internal complaints handling process.

### Your Rights and Obligations

### Code of Professional Conduct – Notification

Under **Section 45 of the TASA Code of Professional Conduct**, we are required to notify you of certain events occurring within the last five years. We confirm that **no such reportable events** have occurred.
