Introduction

During the course of an engagement with Ryan's SMSF Compliance Pty Ltd (Ryan's SMSF Compliance, we, us, our), it is expected we will collect your personal information. Why we collect your personal information

We collect and use your personal information to provide our services to you. We do not use your personal information for any other purpose.

  • the administration of your self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF);
  • assisting you with the establishment of a SMSF;
  • assisting you with the rollover of superannuation benefits;
  • providing general information regarding your eligibility to make contributions to a superannuation fund;
  • to communicate with you;
  • to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
  • for any purpose disclosed to you and to which you have consented;
  • for any purpose that you would otherwise reasonably expect; and
  • otherwise to appropriately manage and conduct our business, including performing administrative functions such as billing, accounts and records management.

Keeping your personal information secure

Personal information of yours that we hold will be secured electronically via cloud storage or on third party servers or with third party software providers. We will use security procedures and best practices to protect the information we hold.
